These courses coupled with the Microsoft Office course will prepare learners for producing some of the most common digital documents in accessible fashion. Microsoft Office 2016 or Microsoft 365 (installed applications, not the online version) are recommended for Windows users. Microsoft Office 365 (installed applications, not the online version) is recommended for Mac users. Adobe InDesign CC and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2018 or newer are recommended. Instructions for both Windows and Mac users are included. A strong understanding of Adobe InDesign and best design practices, as well as a basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC will be necessary to complete these courses.

Together, these three courses cover the full design process for producing accessible digital documents in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign CC and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
