A 12-month, 11" x 17" full color wall calendar featuring healthy recipes, including lentil tacos, our favorite chicken noodle soup, not-your-average steak sandwich, stuffed peppers, simple apple dessert, baked oatmeal muffins, and more!

Each month highlights a new recipe, suggested meal plan, food prep ideas, space to record daily activity, and fitness messages. Only low-cost, readily available ingredients and basic equipment are needed to prepare recipes.
