My Wellbeing Curriculum Package
The My Wellbeing program is designed with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in mind; specifically those who are interested in improving their wellbeing and quality of life. Download a copy of the My Wellbeing Educator's Guide for more information about the program and materials.

My Wellbeing curriculum package includes the electronic files needed to plan, implement, and evaluate the program:

  • Participant Handouts
  • Certificate Template
  • Evaluation
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader (free) software is required to open the curriculum package files.

A Participant Workbook is a required aspect of the curriculum and is distributed in hard copy only. Order the My Wellbeing Participant Workbook (20 per package) from the Extension Store.

This product is delivered in a zipped file (.zip). Download zipped files to a laptop or desktop computer. Tips on how to open zipped files, are available on our FAQ page.
